We get it. Emergencies happen. Traffic can be terrible. Kids get sick. We try to be flexible with families and work around busy schedules. Equally, REC is built around the philosophy that successful tutoring is a partnership based on goodwill, excellent communication, and mutual accountability.
To cancel an appointment, please call REC at (833) 677-READ. Please try to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment start time. If no one answers, please leave your cancellation notice on our voicemail. You may also email us at renaissancetutoringservices@gmail.com or respond to the email notification of your appointment.

We find that students that schedule their sessions are the most likely to cancel, so we ask parents to explain our cancellation policy to their sons and daughters so that they can plan their schedules accordingly.
